岗位职责:
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate and engage global user groups participating in product testing programs, ensuring
active participation and reporting issues.
● Monitor the stability of Android software versions, report technical issues, and track their
resolution with engineering teams.
● Perform in-depth technical analyses on smartphone usage datasets using Data Science, BigData,
and Analytics methodologies.
● Generate high-reliability technical reports using tools such as Looker Studio (or equivalent) to
support decision-making.
● Replicate user-reported problem scenarios to enrich data for root-cause analysis and resolution.
● Assess risks associated with issues identified during user trials.
任职要求:
Education
○ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
○ Or a degree in English, with some technical background or data analysis experience.
● Technical Skills
○ Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Looker Studio) and data processing techniques, or
the ability to learn these tools quickly.
● Experience
○ Experience in Android software testing, user testing coordination, or technical analysis; or
relevant experience in related fields.
○ For English majors, some technical training or internship experience demonstrating
adaptability in technical fields is required.
● Communication and Collaboration
○ Strong ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively with engineering teams
and other functional groups to resolve issues.
○ Excellent English communication skills for seamless collaboration with global teams.
● Problem-Solving Ability
○ Accurate and timely risk assessment skills.
○ High user engagement and feedback rates.
