岗位职责:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Apply testing and inspection Policies and procedures. Analysis of results.
• Check and approval of testing methods and control plans proposed by suppliers
according to the technical information for the different components.
• Lead quality inspections for different components. Reporting. Propose
corrective and / or preventive actions.
• Perform Approval Audits in new suppliers based on Company Procedures and
Industry Standards.
• Supplier development based on the gaps identified during the audits in order to
achieve the quality objectives defined.
• Suppliers Quality Assurance and support to implement the Quality
Management System defined for our suppliers.
• Management of modifications proposed by supplier, in collaboration with the
project office.
• Collaboration with suppliers in the industrialization of the production processes
required to meet the technical requirements set in each case.
• Proactively follow up the delivery performance to our internal factories and seek
for improvement with advice.
• Monitor supplier's quality performance regularly and drive supplier to make
improvement to meet agreed target.
• Monitor supplier's NCR and track to close with proven preventive actions.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Min. bachelor degree related to the material engineering, control engieneering,
machinery manufacturing, electro-mechanics or others relevant.
REQUIREMENT
• Extensive knowledge with quality tools, such as PPAP, APQP, 8D analysis, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical parts such as metal forming, casting,
forging and welding.
• Extensive knowledge in welding / Metal Material, profound understand of
welding standard like ISO15085, ISO3834. IWE / CWI / NDT certificate holder is
preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical components (cable harnesses, electrical cabinets,
switches, etc) and electronic components (electronic racks, screens, pcb, etc)
would be valued with +.
• Deep Knowledge of manufacturing processes and verification tests.
• Deep Technical knowledge for inspection methods and handling of measuring
Equipment.
• Previous experience in railway sector would be preferred.
• English: fluent business level.
