熟悉通用/医疗器械/制造领域，无同行竞业/保密协议

岗位职责:
PMO（项目管理方向）
Key deliverables / expectations
Develop program plans including risk management plans & ensure flawless program execution
Ensure full compliance to GEHC Quality Management System
Meet / exceed program goals in terms of on time project completion and program objectives
Manage multiple programs at the same time and prioritize if and when needed
Proactively communicate help needed whenever required
Manage multi-functional core team
Communicate project execution status with key stakeholders in the business at a regular frequency.
任职要求:
Education & experience
Engineering degree
5+ years of experience in any manufacturing related industry in supply chain / manufacturing/ quality/ engineering/ sourcing/materials procurement function
2+ years experience as a Program Manager
Preferred to have PMP certification and / or LEAN certification
Soft skills
Strong influencing skills
Assertive but NOT aggressive / arrogant
Self-motivated with very high say to do ratio
Able to work independently & multi-tasking
Ability to differentiate between urgent and important and manage multiple projects at the same time
Strong in written and verbal communication
