岗位职责:
职责描述 / Responsibilities:
1. 规划与执行全球项目；管理并协调全球研发团队以达成目标（设计时间节点、技术方案、缺陷调查）。管理项目开发计划、预算、费用等；遵循项目管理流程，并代表研发团队与OEM项目经理紧密合作。
Plan and execute global projects; manage and coordinate global R&D team to achieve goals (design timing, technical solution, and defect investigation). Manage the project development schedule, budget, expense, etc.; follow project management processes and work tightly with the OEM project manager on behalf of the R&D team.
2. 项目团队协调：管理跨区域、跨职能团队（销售、工程、运营、采购、质量、财务等）；沟通并跟踪职能交付物，主要聚焦于按主时间计划完成研发交付物；激励并促进团队协作。协调项目资源以处理问题、故障、缺陷等。
Project team coordination: manage cross-regional, cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, operations, purchasing, quality, finance, etc.); communicate and track functional deliverables, mainly focusing on R&D deliverables by following the master timing; motivate and encourage teamwork. Coordinate project resources to handle issues, problems, defects, etc.
3. 问题与风险管理：主动应对并解决出现的问题，确保项目整体绩效和客户满意度；采取前瞻性方法，预测并避免潜在问题。
Issue and risk management: actively tackle upcoming issues and bring them to closure to ensure overall program performance and customer satisfaction; take a forward-looking approach, anticipate and avoid potential issues.
4. 支持项目样品采购申请(PR)/采购订单(PO)。现场支持样品制作。Support project purchasing of samples (PR/PO). Provide on-site support for sample building.
5. 定期向TPM负责人汇报项目状态。
Report project status to the TPM leader regularly.

1. 汽车相关专业本科及以上学历。至少3年汽车行业经验及至少2年项目管理经验。（若候选人优秀，可依面试情况而定。）
Bachelor's degree or above in an automotive-related major. Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience and minimum 2 years of project management experience. (May be flexible for outstanding candidates based on the interview.)
2. 强大的领导力特质，以管理和激励研发团队成员。具备与研发专家顺畅沟通的良好技巧。
Strong leadership traits in order to manage and motivate R&D team members. Good skills to communicate smoothly with R&D specialists.
