This role operates in a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration as needed. The position requires regular customer visits and monthly business trips (approximately 2-4 times per month) to engage with key clients and stakeholders. Flexibility to travel and adapt to different working environments is essential.
1. Engage in communication with P&G Global Purchase, assisting the Global Account Manager in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
2. Collaborate with P&G Global R&D and GMDSO teams to understand product recommendations and drive project implementation.
3. Lead communication with P&G EIMEA regional factories, ensuring smooth product application, order fulfillment, and complaint resolution. 4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in P&G’s factory teams, advocate for Focus Value, and overcome biases toward new suppliers.
5. Gather insights on P&G’s applications and business needs to identify and explore new business opportunities.
6. Conduct regular visits to factories across Europe and the IMEA region.
7. Support the execution of global strategies and share updates with the Focus P&G team for mutual collaboration. 8. Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements regarding product supply, quality, and audits.
