MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责

1. Employee Lifecycle Journey Operational Excellence员工全生命周期运营优化
Responsible for all Employee Life-Cycle operational process across Greater China Region (offices and stores), including manpower requests, recruitment, on-boarding, probation review, transfer/promotion, performance review, contract renew, termination etc.
负责大中华区(办公室及门店)所有员工全生命周期的运营流程,包括人力需求申请、招聘、入职、试用期评估、调动/晋升、绩效评估、合同续签、离职等。
Monitor actual HC status to ensure within budget and collaborate with C&B in budgeting/forecasting on actual HC matrix.
监控实际人员编制(HC)状态,确保在预算范围内,并与薪酬福利(C&B)团队合作进行实际人员编制结构的预算/预测。
Keep continued SOP optimizations in line with legal requirements and company policy/procedures.
依据法律法规及公司政策/流程,持续优化标准作业程序(SOP)。
Well keep employee p-files with accurate records. Act as a contact window when employees raise questions relevant to HR operational processes and escalate issues to relevant HRBPs if necessary.
妥善保管员工个人档案,确保记录准确。当员工就人力资源运营流程提出问题时,作为对接窗口响应,必要时向相关人力资源业务合作伙伴(HRBP)上报问题。

2. HR System Maintenance and Data Accuracy人力资源系统维护与数据准确性
Responsible for HR systems maintenance and interface accuracy to make sure the data source effectiveness, also with frequent collaboration with C&B team regarding monthly productivity/retail pay analysis etc.
负责人力资源系统维护及接口准确性,确保数据源有效,并就月度生产力/零售薪酬分析等事宜与薪酬福利(C&B)团队保持密切合作。
Generate trouble-shooting tickets to relevant system/IT support and keep monitoring with final solutions or escalate if necessary.
向相关系统/IT支持部门提交故障排查工单,持续跟踪直至问题解决,必要时进行升级处理。

3. HR Workforce Reporting and Analysis人力资源 workforce 报告与分析
Master regular HR Workforce Reports & Analysis such as Headcount & Attrition Reports, Movement Status, HC Enrollment/Applications, Market Trends, Exit Interviews, Org Charts etc.
精通常规人力资源 workforce 报告与分析,如人员数量及离职率报告、异动状态、人员编制入册/申请、市场趋势、离职面谈、组织架构图等。
Dashboard to reflect key monthly/quarterly highlights and trends.
通过仪表盘呈现月度/季度核心亮点及趋势。

4. Projects Follow-ups项目跟进
Special Projects follow-ups with relevant BP to support ER cases/disciplinary actions if necessary.
与相关业务合作伙伴跟进特殊项目,必要时支持员工关系案例/纪律处分事宜。

5. Recruitment招聘
Support/participate in recruitment process by understanding needs, requirements, selecting effective/multiple channels for junior positions (PT for Hong Kong, Macau and TW, Intern for China) to make timely fulfilments. Tracking recruitment actual costs/payments to Finance.
通过理解需求,为初级岗位(港澳台地区兼职、中国大陆实习生)选择有效且多元的渠道,支持/参与招聘流程,确保及时到岗。向财务部门跟踪招聘实际成本/付款情况。
任职要求:
At least 3+ years' relevant working experience in MNC. HRBP assistance experience will be highly preferred.
至少3年以上跨国公司相关工作经验。有人力资源业务合作伙伴(HRBP)助理经验者优先。
Strong sense on data & analysis with efficiency and logical thinking.
具备强烈的数据与分析意识,高效且逻辑思维清晰。
Detail-oriented and proactive, hands-on and sensitive to system configuration.
注重细节、积极主动、务实且对系统配置敏感。
Passion and interest to develop HR career in top luxury industry.
有在顶级奢侈品行业发展人力资源职业生涯的热情与兴趣。
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills (Microsoft Office) and PC skills.
熟练掌握微软办公软件(Word、Excel、Outlook)及计算机操作技能。
Good bilingual communication skills.
良好的双语沟通能力。

Bachelor's degree and above
