岗位职责:
Brief description of the position:
This position is responsible for simulation and integration testing of PoCs for series development transfer. The position holder supports PoC owner in Innovation Center Asia and series function owner to define simulation, validation and integration test scope, requirement and coordinates necessary steps of implementation to smooth integration of PoC into series development.
Key Tasks:
Define simulation, validation and integration test scope, detailed requirement and standard
Analyze and align feasible implementation plan and timeline
Coordinate necessary internal and external resource in terms of manpower, testing facility, tools etc.
Track simulation and testing, identify risks timely to ensure series timeline
Analyze simulation and testing result for further derisking with PoC owner and series function owner for more efficient integration approach in terms of performance, time and cost
Analyze and propose optimized simulation and testing methods enabled by AI for boost productivity
Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
任职要求:
Bachelor or Master in EE, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar
Working experience:
5 years working experience in automotive industry, at least 3 years project experience in simulation and validation, EE testing, software testing and joint debugging
Knowledge, skills and others:
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English is required, German is plus
• Good communication skills and capability of comprehension
• Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
• Result-driven problem solving skill
• Self-driven and seeking of continuous methods optimization
• AI knowledge and application in simulation/development/validation is plus
• Familiar with VW Group and PEP process
