Lead and oversee BMS software development projects, managing resources effectively.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for software projects.
Facilitate communication and coordination among software development teams.
Monitor and address risks, changes, and challenges in software projects.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality and compliant BMS software.
任职要求:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical or Software Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of high voltage battery development experience.
Project management experience in automotive electronics or BMS development.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Understanding of software and hardware development life cycle.
Proficient communication skills in both Chinese and English.
