岗位职责:
1. Plan and execute global project; manage and coordinate global RD team to archive (design timing, technical solution, and defect investigation). Manage the developing schedule etc. of the project; following project management processes and work tightly with global TPM on behalf of RD side.
规划并执行全球项目；管理并协调全球研发（RD）团队完成目标（包括设计进度、技术方案及缺陷排查）。管理项目的开发进度等事宜；遵循项目管理流程，代表研发端与全球技术项目经理（TPM）紧密协作。
2. Project team coordination: manage cross function team (engineering, operations, purchasing, quality, etc) across different regions; communicate and track functional deliverables, mainly focus on RD deliverables by following master timing; motivate and encourage teamwork. Coordinate project resources to handle issue, problem, defect, etc.
项目团队协调：管理跨地区的跨职能团队（涵盖工程、运营、采购、质量等部门）；沟通并跟踪各职能部门的交付成果，重点依据主进度表关注研发部门的交付项；激励并推动团队协作。协调项目资源以处理各类问题、故障及缺陷等。
3. Issue and risk management: actively tackle upcoming issues and bring them to closure to ensure overall program performance and customer satisfaction; take forward looking approach, anticipate and avoid possible issues.
问题与风险管理：主动应对待处理问题并推动解决，确保项目整体绩效及客户满意度；采取前瞻性思路，预判并规避潜在问题。
4. Report project status to global TPM and other relevant senior management regularly.
定期向全球技术项目经理（TPM）及其他相关高级管理层汇报项目进展。
任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above in automotive relative major.
Minimum 2 years automotive experience and Minimum 1 year project management experience.
Depends on the interview if the candidate is outstanding.
汽车相关专业本科及以上学历。
至少2年汽车行业工作经验，且至少1年项目管理经验。
