岗位职责:
- BA experience driving requirement gathering
- At least 3 years experience in business analytics, with the ability to analyze business requirements ,delivery requirement document, provide recommendations for project solutions
- Technical knowledge and on-hand experience of the China IT ecosystem, including WeChat Mini Program projects
- Experienced in project management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong vendor management skills, with experience in managing vendor relationships and deliverables
- Excellent communication skill, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills , could proactively coordinate internal& external resource to achieve project goals
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the Agile manifesto
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required; PMP certification is a plus
- Spoken/written English &Putonghua could use as working language. Cantonese is preference
任职要求:
具备推动需求收集的业务分析师（BA）经验
至少 3 年业务分析经验，能够分析业务需求、交付需求文档、为项目解决方案提供建议
具备中国 IT 生态系统的技术知识和实操经验，包括微信小程序项目相关经验
具备项目管理经验，有按时、在预算内管理并交付项目的良好记录
具备出色的供应商管理能力，有管理供应商关系及交付成果的经验
具备优秀的沟通能力、人际交往能力和问题解决能力，能够主动协调内外部资源以达成项目目标
熟悉敏捷方法论和敏捷宣言
要求拥有计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业的学士学位（或同等经验）；持有 PMP 认证者优先
能够以英语和普通话作为工作语言进行听说读写；会粤语者优先
