工作职责:
1. Core Functions of the Position
 Serve as the core person in charge of the company's financial management, taking the lead in overall planning of financial strategies, budget execution, and capital operation to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the financial system.
 Undertake the management responsibility of the company's legal and IT business sectors, coordinate cross-departmental resources, and build a standardized, compliant, and digital operation support system.
 Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to jointly manage the company's profit and loss, conduct in-depth analysis of operating results, optimize cost control, and provide data support and decision-making suggestions for the company's strategic development.
 Lead the construction of the financial team and IT team, establish a scientific performance management and talent training mechanism, and promote the integration of professional capabilities and corporate culture to build a high-quality core team.
 Act as a bridge between the company and external institutions (such as audit agencies, tax authorities, financial institutions, and legal counsel), maintain good cooperative relationships, and ensure the company's compliance with external supervision and smooth business collaboration.
 Promote the innovation and optimization of financial, legal, and IT-related policies and processes, respond to changes in the business environment and regulatory requirements in a timely manner, and improve the efficiency and risk resistance of the company's operations.

2. Job Responsibilities 
 Job Requirements
 Possess 5-8 years of comprehensive financial management experience, with in-depth experience in budget management, cash flow control, and financial risk prevention, and have a track record of optimizing operating results or reducing costs for the company.
 Familiar with national financial and tax policies, accounting standards, and relevant laws and regulations in the legal and IT fields, and have practical experience in enterprise compliance management.
 Have experience in managing cross-departmental teams, with excellent team leadership and talent training capabilities, and be able to drive the team to achieve work goals.
 Possess strong business analysis and decision-making capabilities, be able to accurately identify problems from financial data and business conditions and put forward feasible solutions.
 Have rich experience in cross-cultural communication and collaboration, with fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to independently complete English business reports and international business negotiations.
 Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT) and financial management systems (such as SAP) and IT system management tools, with certain digital thinking and technical awareness.
 Have a bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, law, computer science, or related majors; candidates with an MBA degree, CPA, ACCA, or other professional qualification certificates are preferred.
 Have experience in merger and acquisition integration work is preferred.
 Possess good professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure, and be able to maintain a rigorous and careful work attitude in complex business environments.
