工作职责：
Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：
1、担任化学科学专家，就创新有效载荷/接头合成路线设计提出建议，负责新型有效载荷/接头合成;
2、进行文献综述，设计、提出和执行药物化学计划，帮助高层领导协调化学和生物学数据，支持化合物合成进展和专利策略;
4、负责化学实验室日常运作;
6. 确保与高层领导和客户沟通并提供项目状态的最新情况;
7. 与CMC、PM和共轭团队的合作伙伴密切合作，推动项目进度。
1. Serve as a scientific expert in chemistry and provide recommendations regarding innovative payload/linker synthesis routes design and responsible for new payload/linker synthesis;
2. Perform literature reviews, design, propose, and execute medicinal chemistry plans, help senior leader to coordinate chemistry and biology data to support compound synthesis progression and patent strategies;
3. Lead a group to execute research projects well by providing on-time and high-quality delivery;
4. Responsible for the chemistry lab routine operation;
5. Train and help key members of the team to solve chemistry problems;
6. Ensure communication and provide updates on project status to senior leader and clients;
7. Working closely with partners in CMC, PM and conjugation team to promote projects progress.
要求： 1、合成有机化学或药物化学硕士/博士学位，具有2-3年以上制药行业经验。
2. 能够在紧迫的时间表内运营。
3. 灵活创新的问题解决者。
4、英语口语和书面流利。
5. 有ADC有效载荷/连接子化学经验者优先。
Requirements:
1. Master/PhD Degree in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry with more than 2-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
2. Ability to operate within aggressive timelines.
3. Flexible and innovative problem solver.
4. Fluent in oral and written English. 5. Experience in ADC payload/linker chemistry is a plus.
