工作职责:
The Creative Director leads the Creative team and is responsible for the overall creative direction and
delivery of all production projects, from initial client engagement through to final execution. This role
combines strong creative vision with production expertise to ensure every project is delivered to the
highest standard in terms of quality, consistency, and commercial impact. 
 Job Descriptions 
1.Lead the overall creative direction and production strategy, ensuring alignment with brand vision, commercial objectives, and project goals. 
2.Define and develop compelling creative concepts and production treatments, translating ideas into strong visual narratives that are both creatively impactful and practically executable. 
3.Serve as the key creative advisor in client engagements, leading pitching, concept presentation,and strategic creative consultation. 
4.Oversee the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring high-quality delivery across pre-production, production, and post-production phases. 
5.Ensure consistent delivery of multiple concurrent projects, balancing creative excellence,timelines, and budget efficiency. 
6.Lead and inspire creative team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and solution-oriented culture. 
7.Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of creative vision across all touchpoints
1.8+ years of experience in creative production and/or creative direction, preferably within fashion,
premium ready-to-wear, or luxury industries. 
2.Proven ability to lead end-to-end creative projects and integrated campaigns, from concept
development through to final execution and delivery. 
3.Strong creative vision and visual judgment, with the ability to define and evolve brand visual
direction across multiple channels and content formats.
4.Strong experience in client engagement and senior stakeholder communication, with the ability
to translate business objectives into clear and compelling creative strategies. 
5.Proven leadership and team-building capability, including experience in structuring, scaling, and
mentoring high-performing creative teams. 
6.Solid understanding of end-to-end production ecosystems, including budgeting, resource
planning, vendor management, and cross-market production coordination.
7.Strategic and commercially minded, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make
decisions and drive outcomes in fast-paced, high-pressure, and ambiguous environments. 
8.Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken), with excellent storytelling, communication,
and presentation skills. 
9.Strong awareness of industry trends, visual innovation, and emerging technologies (including AI
and new media tools), with the ability to integrate them into creative direction.
