Job Responsibilities
1. Use analytical technology and AI technology to solve the business problems of Aeon Group companies
2. Collaborate with business development managers to provide optimal analytics/AI solutions based on understanding the needs of each business unit
3. Design, build and implement analytical solutions that meet complex business needs, and solve Aeon Group's corporate business problems through analytical technology
Analytical techniques include the following:
◦ Exploratory data analysis (e.g. correlation analysis)
◦ Predictive analytics (e.g. sales forecast, potential demand forecast, incoming traffic forecast)
◦ Classification analysis (e.g. customer classification, product classification)
◦ Optimization analysis (e.g. inventory management optimization, price optimization, supply chain management optimization, personalized recommendations)
Effect evaluation and causal inference of ◦ various policies
4. Carry out data collection, data collation and feature engineering work related to analysis
5. Design, development and evaluation of autonomous AI agents that meet the actual operating standards of the Aeon Group business
◦ Build AI agents that can autonomously complete business processes (analytics, decision support, operational assistance, etc.) using large language models and other technologies
◦ Not only stopping at the proof-of-concept stage, but also developing AI agents from the business landing level, taking into account the accuracy, reproducibility, security and operability of the model (monitoring, optimization, expansion)
6. Other supporting businesses related to the above work
Job Requirements (Required)
1. At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a data scientist
2. Have access to machinesThe library builds and evaluates the actual work experience of the model
3. Have the communication ability to bridge the gap between “business needs” and “analytics/AI technology limitations”
4. Business proficiency in Japanese

1. Programming skills (SQL, R, Python, Scala, MATLAB)
2. Have data visualization capabilities
3. Large-scale data processing capability
4. Experience in developing solutions using natural language processing technology
5. Experience in deep learning model development
6. Experience in developing applications or agents using large language models
7. Experienced in the design of autonomous AI agent evaluation and verification (accuracy, stability, safety)
8. Experience in integrating AI agents with business systems and analytics platforms
9. Major in Information Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Business Engineering (PhD/Masters/Bachelor Degree)
10. Experience in publishing papers at international conferences and journals
11. Possession of relevant patents
12. Work experience in the retail industry
13. English at the level of business
14. The Chinese language reaches the level of business
