Analytics Engineer
Will be responsible for advancing global data management and data governance.
Coordinate all relevant stakeholders within the company to organize the data into a usable form, prevent data isolation, and create a usage environment that can activate the value of data.

• Plan and execute a global data management strategy (domestically and internationally)
• Organize the needs of analysts and data users, and build and operate a data delivery process that meets those needs
• Combine business needs with company data policies to provide optimal data after weighing constraints
Specific business
• Deepen domain knowledge by providing business and data needs of the department based on data
• Balance the scale and cost of data to create an environment for sustainable and efficient access to data by all parties involved
• Data modeling of the data provided to provide a data marketplace based on data quality and security levels
• Manage and operate the data provided by the analytics platform based on data governance processes
• Manage the types of metadata that accompany analytics platform data
• Build and operate visual Kanban boards with analysts and data engineers based on business needs
• Create training content for data platform users to support and facilitate data use
• Write various documents related to the above business
Job Requirements
• 3 + years of experience as a data analyst or data engineer
• 2 + years of experience designing, running Kanban and data marts using SQL
•Experience with version management systems such as GitHub
• Experience in building and operating data analytics platforms in cloud environments such as GCP and AWS
• Uses at least one programming language and is able to deliver results to stakeholders inside and outside the company through the team code review process
• Equivalent Japanese proficiency in JLPT N1
Priority Bonus Criteria
• Ability to speak English at Business level or above (can handle both listening and speaking)
• Data management experience based on DMBOK2
• Experience with data processing tools such as dbt, Dataform
• Ability to write high-quality documentation for data users
• Ability to embed and automate CI/CD processes into systems
