Job Responsibilities
1. Use analytical technology and AI technology to solve the business problems of Aeon Group companies
2. Collaborate with business development managers to provide adaptive analytics and AI technical support based on understanding the needs of each business unit
3. Build an analytics solution that meets your business needs
Analytical techniques include the following:
◦ Exploratory data analysis (e.g. correlation analysis)
◦ Predictive analytics (e.g. sales forecast, potential demand forecast, incoming traffic forecast)
◦ Classification analysis (e.g. customer classification, product classification)
Evaluation of the effects of ◦ various policies
4. Carry out data collection, data collation and feature engineering work related to analysis
5. Use existing AI agents and analysis aids to improve the efficiency and capacity of analysis and reporting
6. AI agents built through technologies such as large language models to complete data extraction, standardized analysis, report writing assistance, etc.
7. Understand the AI agent designed by the data scientist, complete the parameter setting, tuning and optimization suggestions according to the business needs
8. Carry out simple landing, prototyping and effect verification of AI agents
9. Other supporting businesses related to the above work
Job Requirements (Required)
1. At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a data analyst
2. Have the ability to build statistical models
3. Have data visualization capabilities
4. Have the communication ability to bridge the gap between “business needs” and “analytics/AI technology limitations”5. Business proficiency in Japanese
Job Requirements (Preferred)
1. Have relevant experience using analytical aids based on large language models, AI agents
2. Experience in prototyping and AI agent verification
3. Experience in making AI application optimization recommendations in analytical work
4. Programming skills (SQL, R, Python)
5. Large-scale data processing capability
6. Practical work experience with machine learning models
7. Experience in deep learning model development
8. Major in Information Engineering, Information Science, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Business Engineering (PhD/Masters/Bachelor Degree)
9. Experience in publishing papers at international conferences and journals
10. Possession of relevant patents
11. Work experience in the retail industry
12. Achieving business proficiency in English
13. The Chinese language reaches the level of business
