Job Profile: We need an expert with in-depth industry knowledge, practical certification experience, and strong internal and external coordination capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Build and lead the compliance system from 0 to 1 (40%)
●Responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's compliance management process, technical document control system and product certification roadmap for the European and American markets (focus: EU PED/TPED, North America dot/CGA/ASME).
●Lead the core products to obtain CE marking, PED mode certification, dot certification and other key market access qualifications, and manage all certification certificates and partnerships with Notified Body.
●Continuously track target market regulations, conduct impact analysis, and drive advance adaptation of internal products and processes.
2. Full-cycle compliance escort and risk avoidance (40%)
●[Risk front] Intervene in the project bidding and program design stage, conduct a compliance feasibility review, clarify the certification path and responsibility boundaries, and avoid subsequent "hard injuries".
●[Process Control] Responsible for the planning, preparation, review and management of all technical documents (TCF) required for a specific project to ensure that design documents, calculations, material reports, test records, welding procedures, etc. are complete, accurate and traceable.
●[Delivery Guarantee] As the main technical interface, it supports the review, questioning and on-site acceptance of customers, third-party inspection agencies and regulatory agencies to ensure the smooth clearance of projects.
3. Internal Empowerment vs. External Representation (20%)
●Internally, as a compliance rightWe provide regular training and daily guidance to R&D, quality, production, project and sales teams, and embed compliance requirements into business processes.
●Externally, on behalf of the company's professional image, establish and maintain professional trust relationships with customer technical departments, partners and industry institutions.
