Position Purpose
• The Commercial Product Manager is responsible for translating European research and innovation into quantifiable business value in Europe as a core role in strategic planning.
• Based at the regional headquarters in Spain, leads the full life cycle management of the specialty fertilizer and biostimulant portfolio.
• Provides advanced B2B technology enablement services to fertilizer companies in the European region.
Your core mission is twofold:
• Direct Value Transformation: Promote large-scale plantation operators to adopt agronomic technology solutions in Europe by quantitatively demonstrating the economic benefits of nutrient use efficiency (NUE) and return on investment (ROI).
• B2B strategic cooperation expansion: copy and promote the built-in technology licensing business model, cooperate with regional fertilizer manufacturers, authorize our proprietary inhibitor and synergist technologies, help partner manufacturers upgrade their product lines, and create a new generation of high-value agricultural solutions.
Primary Job Responsibilities
• Product line strategy coordination: Responsible for regional business roadmap planning for one of the three high-value business lines: controlled-release/water-soluble specialty fertilizers (CRF/WSF), biostimulants, and integrated crop nutrition solutions to ensure that the value proposition of the track's products is realized.
• Value-oriented plantation business transformation: deep into the fields of field crops, cash crops (such as grapes, olives, vegetables), and large-scale commercial plantations, leading the docking of large plantation operators, with return on investment (ROI) and nutrient utilization efficiency (Nue) as the core arguments to complete customer development and business landing.
• B2B technical professorRight cooperation: Develop and implement a technology licensing business cooperation system for proprietary inhibitors and synergists, and export technologies to regional fertilizer manufacturers to help them iterate into a new generation of high-value product matrices.
• Regional product lifecycle management: Coordinate product planning and iteration of special fertilizers, biostimulants, and crop nutrition programs in Europe, and align the entire product line with the research-driven brand positioning that surpasses traditional agricultural resources.
• Localized Field Validation Trial (LVT) control: Coordinate the technical and commercial implementation standards of localized validation tests in key regional markets, and produce localized measured data to support product efficacy and economic value.
• Sales enablement and material system construction: Develop professional and technical sales toolkits and training systems, empower business teams in various countries, and transform customer communication logic from single bag purchase unit price to comprehensive value per hectare planting.
• Strategic market intelligence analysis: Collaborate with regional country managers to investigate the technological trends and industry development trends of competing products, and continuously optimize the positioning and competitiveness of biostimulants and specialty fertilizer products in the European market.
• Experience: More than 8 years of experience in product management or technical sales in the agro-technology/fertilizer industry.
• Thinking ability: With rigorous scientific and analytical thinking and adherence to data empirical sales, complex agronomic data can be sorted into clear and understandable business value logic.
• Professional qualifications: Successful cases of fertilizer and agrochemical product management and business expansion; experience in special fertilizers and biostimulants is preferred.
• Professional Reserve: Knowledge of ESG compliance systems (e.g. EU Agricultural SustainabilityDevelopment regulations, organic certification standards) are preferred.
• Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, majoring in agriculture, international trade, business administration, chemical engineering is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin bilingual work.
• Comprehensive Literacy: Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, pragmatic and proactive entrepreneurial thinking.
