1. Formulate and implement a 3-year brand strategy for the German market, clarifying the positioning, core information and differentiation path;
2. Lead the annual brand promotion plan, and coordinate omni-channel communication such as PR, social media, content, events, and cross-border cooperation;
3. Establish a brand health evaluation system (including Awareness, Consideration, Preference and other indicators), quarterly review and optimize the strategy;
4. Managing local creative and media agencies to ensure that content is of high quality, culturally appropriate and compliant with global brand norms;
5. Respond quickly to public opinions and social issues, maintain brand reputation, and promote long-term value projects such as ESG and local communities.
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, media, brand management or related majors;
2. At least 5 years of experience in brand building or integrated marketing, including at least 3 years in the German market;
3. Car, new energy, luxury goods, consumer electronics or DTC brand background is preferred;
4. Successfully led brand implementation or major renovation projects from 0 to 1;
5. German is the mother tongue or near mother tongue level, with English priority (can independently write brand strategy, media proposals, crisis statements);
6. Proficient in German local media ecology (traditional + digital), Kol/KOC cooperation mechanisms and cultural sensitivities;
7. Have the ability to monitor and adjust brand health;
8. Collaborate with headquarters to develop a global-local collaborative brand narrative and efficiently manage Agency resources.
