1. Responsible for core dimensions such as human resource integration, organizational structure optimization, and labor cost control in overseas regions;
2. Regularly analyze overseas talent market trends, industry competition, pay attention to talent gaps in key positions, and ensure that the manpower needs of new projects are put into production;
3. Optimization and construction of the whole module system;
4. Cross-cultural employee relationship management;
5. Coordinate with the implementation of HR implementation policies in overseas regions.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, business administration, psychology and other related majors are preferred;
2. Experience in large-scale overseas HR management is preferred, and experience in overseas new market development or cross-regional team integration is preferred;
3. English can be used as a working language and can accept long-term assignments;
4. Be able to adapt to the overseas working environment and have a strong ability to withstand pressure and handle emergencies.
