Vietnam is a leader in sales. The office was established six years ago. In the first six years, it was purely product-driven. No direct sales team still achieved profitability, and the market share of Vietnam was the first.
I. Position Overview
Comprehensively responsible for achieving market sales targets in Southeast Asian countries, leading local team building, channel expansion and customer relationship maintenance, and improving product market share.
II. Core Responsibilities
1. Team management: Set up and manage the local sales team, responsible for recruitment, training and performance management
2. Sales strategy: Develop an annual sales plan, break down goals and monitor implementation to ensure sales and rebate rates are up to standard
3. Market and channel expansion: Focus on developing local e-commerce sellers, manufacturing enterprises and other major customers
4. Localized operations: Promote product adaptation to local needs (such as language and tax compliance), and plan local brand activities.
III. Job Requirements
1. Rigid conditions
Experience: More than 5 years of b2b sales management experience, more than 3 years of Southeast Asian market experience (FMCG/home/IT industry preferred)
Language: Fluent in local language (Vietnamese, English) Preferred
2. Core competencies: team leadership, market insight, cross-cultural communication and stress resistance
