[Job Responsibilities]
1. Develop and implement the Indonesian market operation plan and strategy around the business objectives of the Indonesian market;
2. Responsible for the daily management of the Indonesian operation team, formulate team work objectives and assessment indicators, coordinate personnel work arrangements, optimize work processes, and ensure stable and efficient output of the team;
3. Conduct necessary training and business guidance for team members to improve their operational business capabilities;
4. As a bridge between HQ and the Indonesian local team, coordinate and promote the local team to effectively implement the strategy and strategy of HQ, while collecting feedback and suggestions from the local team to promote product iteration and strategy adjustment at HQ;
5. Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and summarizing the operating data of the Indonesian market, regularly outputting the operation review report, refining the experience and problems, and providing data support for subsequent strategic adjustments.
[Job Requirements]
1. Fluent in Indonesian, can communicate smoothly with the local team as a working language, and has a professional background in Indonesian or Indonesian study/work experience is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of work experience, more than 1 year of team management experience, able to independently lead the team to achieve operational goals, and have practical experience in personnel training and performance management;
3. Have relevant experience in Internet operations, familiar with at least 1-2 operational directions (such as advertising, social media operations, product operations, SEO, etc.), SaaS work experience is preferred;
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to efficiently cooperate with local teams and internal cross-departments to promote the implementation of the project;
5. Sensitive to data, able to identify problems and adjust operations through data analysisthat we want to prosecute.
