"Role Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Business Management
1. Take overall responsibility for the operation and management of Vietnamese companies, organize the decomposition of annual budgets and KPIs, and regularly review business data to ensure that performance targets are met.
2. Track changes in Vietnam's policy, economy, exchange rate, and market competition environment, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to avoid operational risks.
3. Regularly report to headquarters on business results, major issues, risk early warning and resource requirements.
2. Whole process operation management
1. Coordinate the daily operation and management of Vietnamese companies, and be responsible for production delivery, supply chain, warehousing and logistics, quality control, on-site management, etc. according to business type.
2. Optimize the operation process and management system, promote cost reduction and efficiency, improve efficiency and yield, and control loss and operating costs.
3. Coordinate procurement, outsourcing, and inventory turnover to ensure supply chain stability and improve delivery capacity.
4. Implement safety production, environmental protection, fire protection and other management requirements to prevent major safety accidents.
3. Team & Organizational Management
1. Establish and improve the organizational structure, job responsibilities system, management system and workflow of Vietnamese companies.
2. Responsible for the recruitment, training, performance appraisal, incentive mechanism construction and talent retention of the local team.
3. Promote the cultural integration of the Chinese and Vietnamese teams, and improve the efficiency of cross-cultural communication and team cohesion.
4. Cultivate the local management echelon to improve the overall execution and stability of the organization.
4. Compliance, Finance and Risk Control
1. Coordinated budget management, cost accounting, expense control, cash flow and profitabilityProfit management, responsible for business results.
2. Strictly abide by local laws and regulations in Vietnam, including labor law, tax law, customs, foreign exchange, environmental protection, safety supervision and other requirements to ensure legal compliance.
3. Control contract risks, labor disputes, tax risks, and intellectual property risks, and establish internal control and audit mechanisms.
4. Handle emergencies and crises such as strikes, labor-management conflicts, and government inspections.
5. Government and Public Relations
1. Dock with Vietnam's labor, tax, customs, industrial and information technology, fire protection, environmental protection and other government departments to maintain good government-enterprise relations.
2. Responsible for handling all kinds of certificates, annual inspections, factory inspections, licensing applications and other related matters.
3. Handle external public relations crises to ensure the normal operation of the company. "
"Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of overall management experience in operations/factories/regions of large and medium-sized enterprises, working experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is preferred.
2. Vietnamese speaking is preferred.
3. Familiar with Vietnam's local labor law, tax law, customs policy, compliance system and employment environment.
4. Have excellent business thinking, target dismantling ability, process optimization ability and cost control ability.
5. Excellent cross-cultural management, team leadership, communication and coordination skills, and crisis management skills.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, able to stay in Vietnam for a long time, adapt to the rhythm of overseas work, strong resistance to pressure.
7. The background of relevant industries such as manufacturing can be adjusted according to the needs of the company.
