Managing the finances of Indonesian companies in general and Indonesian M&As in particular
1. Comprehensively responsible for regional financial management in Indonesia, supporting the financial control and operational decision-making of proprietary trade, plant construction, mergers and acquisitions projects;
2. Responsible for Indonesia's own trade finance: accounting, budget, funds, tax compliance, business analysis, risk control;
3. Lead the finance of the Indonesian plant construction project: investment estimation, budgeting, cost control, capital arrangement, construction period monitoring, post-investment support;
4. Responsible for M&A project finance: due diligence, analysis, transaction calculation, delivery support, post-investment integration;
5. Build a local Indonesian financial system, internal control and process, in line with Indonesian regulations + group system;
6. Interface with Indonesian taxation, auditing, banking, government and intermediaries to ensure compliance;
7. Output business analysis, budget execution, capital planning, special reports to support decision-making;
8. Synergy business/supply chain/legal affairs/human resources/headquarters, landing group financial system.
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance/accounting/auditing/finance
2. 8 years + finance experience, 5 years + Indonesian local financial management experience (hard)
3. Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards, tax laws (VAT/income tax/withholding tax), foreign exchange control
4. Experience in proprietary trading, factory construction projects, and merger and acquisition finance is preferred
5. Team management ability to build/manage local finance teams
6. Fluent English (working language), Indonesian preferred
7. Stress-resistant, cross-cultural resilient, and long-lastingExpatriate
8. Holding certificates such as CPA/ACCA/CMA is preferred
