1. Comprehensively responsible for overseas market development, customer development and maintenance of the company's flanges, pipelines and pipe fittings, focusing on Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, the Middle East and other target markets, leading the establishment of Singapore's foreign trade business operation system, and coordinating the whole process management of domestic and Singapore's dual-regional foreign trade business.
2. Formulate annual and quarterly sales targets and market expansion strategies for foreign trade business, lead the team to complete performance indicators, reasonably control business operating costs, and continuously improve the company's product share and brand influence in the international market.
3. Responsible for the whole life cycle follow-up of overseas customers, including inquiry quotation, business negotiation, contract signing, order scheduling coordination, logistics delivery follow-up, payment recovery and after-sales problem handling, to ensure efficient and smooth delivery of orders and maintain long-term and stable customer cooperation.
4. In-depth research on international brands, pipeline industry market dynamics, competitive pricing strategies, international trade policies and changes in overseas customer demand, and regularly output market analysis reports to provide core references for product optimization and foreign trade strategy adjustment.
5. Establish and manage the foreign trade business team, responsible for the recruitment and selection of team members, skills training, performance evaluation and daily management, formulate standardized foreign trade business processes and work specifications, and comprehensively improve the team's business execution and performance output.
6. Docking with domestic and foreign professional logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding and other cooperation institutions, proficient in handling the entire process of customs declaration and inspection, logistics transportation, export tax refund, etc. of foreign trade ordersBe proficient in various international trade settlement methods and effectively avoid cross-border business risks.
7. Lead the preparations for the pre-registration, operational implementation and daily management of Singapore Foreign Trade Company, coordinate the docking of domestic and foreign business resources, ensure the efficient and coordinated operation of cross-border business, and handle overseas business communication, local compliance and other related matters.
8. The production and technical departments of the linkage company shall optimize product specifications and quality standards according to the customized needs of overseas customers, collaboratively solve various problems in order production, quality inspection and delivery, and ensure that products meet international market requirements.

Education and experience: College degree or above, major in international trade, business English, marketing and other related majors; more than 5 years of practical experience in foreign trade in the flange, pipeline, and pipe fitting industries, more than 3 years of independent management experience in foreign trade teams, with experience in Southeast Asian market development, Singapore business docking, or cross-border foreign trade company operations. Language ability: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, can independently carry out overseas business negotiations, customer communication, mail exchanges and contract documents throughout the process, proficient in foreign trade professional English terminology, and no language communication barriers.
3. Professional ability: Proficient in the whole process of international trade, familiar with various settlement methods such as letters of credit, T/T, D/P, D/A, etc., mastering the core links such as export tax refund, customs declaration and inspection, and international logistics; familiar with the materials, specifications, production processes, industry standards, and international market pricing logic of flanges and pipeline products.

Comprehensive ability: Strong market development ability, business negotiation ability and team management ability, clear goal orientation, independent formulationBusiness strategy and implementation; have a keen sense of risk control, can properly handle sudden problems and customer disputes in foreign trade business.
5. Other requirements: Be able to accept business trips and short-term residencies in China and Singapore, have good professionalism, strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand stress, and have cross-border entrepreneurial thinking, overseas customer resources or major customer resources in the pipe fitting industry are preferred.
