1. Responsible for the progress of property management, manage the personnel in each position to complete the work in an orderly manner, and make daily work records
2. Strictly abide by disciplines such as confidentiality, have a sense of safety, avoid illegal and disciplinary incidents abroad, organize the property team to carry out collective activities appropriately with the owner's permission, and improve team cohesion
3. Maintain good communication with the owner, timely feedback on the owner's needs, and lead the team to do a good job in the overall property service
4. Maintain good communication with the Group's headquarters and overseas property management team, and do a good job of docking and business data reporting on time
5. Complete other work assigned by the owner and the overseas property management team.

2. Age 30-45 years old, healthy, no tattoo
3. More than 2 years of experience in overseas property project management, property team management, ability to deal with more complex issues and emergencies, strong interpersonal communication skills and team management skills
4. Have certain maintenance skills, and hold relevant professional qualifications is preferred
5. Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, a sense of confidentiality and teamwork, adapt to collective life
6. Ability to work in English and familiar with daily English communication.
