1. Full process proficiency and key control points
Raw materials and mud formulation management: New bone porcelain is extremely sensitive to impurities such as iron and titanium.The factory director must be proficient in ball milling, iron removal, filter pressing, vacuum mud drilling and other previous processes.It can fine-tune the formula and control the stability of raw materials (such as kaolin, feldspar, and quartz), and strictly control the fluidity and thixotropy of the mud.
Forming process (high-volume core): Proficient in high-frequency automated roll forming (single-line, multi-line), high-pressure grouting, manipulator grouting, and pad printing processes.It can solve the stubborn problems of white billet deformation, cracking, and uneven thickness in mass production.
Glazing and drying process: Proficient in parameter control of automatic glazing line and glazing process.Ensure that the thickness of the glaze layer is uniform, and master the temperature and humidity curve control of the drying kiln to prevent the blank from cracking during firing due to uneven drying.
Firing process (plant lifeblood): Proficient in wide-body tunnel kilns, roller kilns, shuttle kilns temperature curves and atmosphere control (reduction flame/oxidation flame).Accurate energy consumption control can be carried out for the new bone china firing interval, and the influence of kiln car stacking on firing defects can be mastered.
Post-process: Proficient in post-process yield and quality control.
2. Core Bulk Equipment Familiarity
Thermal equipment: Proficient in operating logic and routine maintenance of gas wide-body tunnel kilns, drying lines, and flue gas waste heat recycling systems.
Mechanical automation: Familiar with automatic roll forming machine, automatic manipulator, automatic multi-color pad printing machine.
Energy equipment: Familiar with factory large air compressorsEmergency safety switching of engine room, natural gas decompression station, LPG gas storage station, power supply transformer system.
3. Data Decision Making and Lean Operating Indicators
Production scheduling and capacity balance: Proficient in arranging reasonable monthly/weekly production plans according to sales orders, proficient in capacity balance between processes (capacity bottleneck allocation), and prevent "bunker burst" or "outage waiting" in each workshop.
KPI data audit: Proficient in factory-level daily, weekly, and monthly statement audits.The assessment indicators include: burning grade rate, white billet damage rate, energy consumption cost ratio, and comprehensive labor efficiency (UPH).
Cost cutting details: Proficient in waste sludge, waste porcelain and other recycling processes, with a strong awareness of kiln natural gas/gas energy consumption savings

Cross-Cultural Leadership and Overseas Management Requirements
The soft power of the position lies in its ability to lead the fight in Pakistan's special human geography environment:
1. 2500 people multi-cultural team management
Technology teaches localization: It can effectively manage China's elite technical experts and backbone teams of about 50-80 people, and compact their "teaching and helping" KPIs.Establish a three-level training system for local employees in Pakistan, promote the gradual localization of operators, team leaders and workshop directors, and reduce the cost of resident personnel in China.
Interreligious/Intercultural Allocation (Critical):
o Islamic culture and local customs must be deeply understood and respected.
o Ramadan exam: Be able to scientifically formulate a special schedule of "two shifts" during Ramadan, and properly solve the problem of physical decline and attendance caused by employees not eating or drinking during the day during RamadanFluctuations (typically increased absenteeism), and production organization issues after late-night fasting.
2. Overseas on-site crisis and risk management
Poor infrastructure response: There are problems such as sudden power outages, gas outages or unstable gas pressure in some parts of Pakistan, and lag in the logistics of bulk raw materials.The factory director must have a strong ability to prepare emergency support plans.
Labor Law and Dispute Resolution: Familiar with or willing to cooperate with the Chinese Administrative Department/Legal Department to understand local labor laws in Pakistan.Properly handle local employees' salary disputes, union tendencies, overtime pay disputes, and safety injuries to prevent strikes or labor conflicts.
4. Personality traits, psychological quality and overseas adaptability
1. Absolute emotional stability:
o Managing large factories overseas, facing expatriate employees with huge cultural, linguistic, and religious differences, and promoting local efficiency at a slower pace.Must have great patience, tolerance, and the ability to communicate and coordinate emotionally.
2. Strong psychological resilience (anti-loneliness):
o The overseas working environment is relatively closed and boring, and faces great pressure to deliver 200,000 pieces per day.Candidates must have a strong ability to resist stress and self-regulate psychologically, and be able to adapt to life overseas.
3. Stability in the big rear of the family:
o The candidate's spouse, children and parents must provide high, clear and unreserved psychological and family support for long-term overseas assignments.
Education and majors:
o Full-time bachelor's degree or above.Majors in ceramic engineering, silicate engineering, materials science and engineering, mechanical engineering, and industrial engineering are preferred.o The junior college degree can be relaxed, but you must have a practical experience of more than 15 years as the chief engineer, factory director, and vice president of production in domestic head daily ceramics companies (such as Chaozhou, Liling, and Tangshan head daily ceramics factories).
