1. Responsibilities:
Position core: Comprehensively responsible for the whole process R&D management of branch wells, cementing downhole tools and supporting products, coordinating teams, projects and technologies, and controlling research:
Hair quality, progress and cost, promote product iterative innovation and market implementation, adapt to the complex working conditions of the oilfield, and help the company's products compete for improvement.1. Build and manage the R&D team, clarify job responsibilities and division of labor, take charge of team talent training, performance appraisal and daily management, and create an efficient R&D ladder.
2. Combining the company's strategy, oilfield market demand and industry technology trends, formulate medium- and long-term R&D plans and annual R&D plans for drilling and cementing products.3. Coordinate and lead drilling (branch wells), solidification tool new product research and development, old product iteration and technical research projects 4.Control the entire process of the project, approve R&D plans, design drawings and test plans, control R&D progress, costs, quality and risks, and ensure that the project is completed and mass-produced on time
5. Dock production, outsourcing, marketing, field operations and other departments, coordinate cross-departmental resources, and solve core technical problems in research and development, trial production, mass production and field applications.
6. Review all kinds of R&D technical documents, test reports, and product manuals, and take the lead in patent filing, scientific research transformation, and technical standardization.7. Follow up the product field application effect, collect customer feedback and bright product dynamics, optimize product research and development direction, and promote product cost reduction, efficiency and performance upgrading, 8.Comply with oil industry standards such as API and the company's compliance system, control the compliance of the entire R&D process, and avoid technical and quality risks.9. Maintain industry technical cooperation resources and participate in industry technologyCommunicate, track cutting-edge drilling # solid # technology, and promote the company's technological innovation and upgrading 10.Complete other R&D management and technical coordination work assigned by superiors, and report on the progress and results of R&D projects.
Education: Bachelor degree or above; professional requirements: Mechanical design professional direction,
Work experience: engaged in oil industry cementing tool design and development or branch well tool research and development work for more than 5 years, mainly focusing on tail pipe suspension or branch and tool direction
Skill requirements: Familiar with product technology in the industry, proficient in explaining relevant technologies and products;
Has R&D capabilities in the industry and is proficient in using solidworks drafting software.
