Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the brand and content team, responsible for the company's brand marketing campaign planning (brand activities, brand advertising, social media content strategy), data-oriented continuous optimization of content, and responsible for project results;
2. Combine the company's brand communication goals, coordinate the content team, plan brand marketing activities, write brand, advertising and other related copywriting, improve content clickthrough rate, exposure rate, conversion rate and other goals, and improve brand awareness;
3. According to the brand tone, the characteristics of the target population, and the selling points of the product, plan the brand content direction, and coordinate with each channel to work with the product;
4. Lead the team in cross-departmental collaboration, conduct new product market research and positioning with the product team, communicate with internal designers, photographers, etc., control the quality of brand content materials, and promote the timely and quality implementation of content in place;
5. Responsible for brand communication and marketing conversion data.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, English can be used as the working language;
2. Familiar with domestic and foreign social media play (can accept domestic platform content planning experience), familiar with the mainstream platform push logic, strong sense of the net;
3. Active thinking, outgoing personality, good logic and communication skills;
4. Experience in brand team management, familiar with the play of beauty products at home and abroad.
