1. Age 30-40 years old, bachelor degree or above in automation, mechanical structure or robotics related majors.
2. With 5 years of experience as a manager of a large-scale automation equipment company, FPC/3C/SMT equipment industry experience is preferred;
3. Have good communication skills and leadership skills, can coordinate the overall situation, and reasonably deploy team resources;
4. Have strategic thinking and good team motivation ability, project management experience, product R&D management experience, strong execution ability, good business negotiation ability, budget management skills, leadership and learning ability;
5. Proficient in mainstream automation equipment, industrial automation equipment development, operation and maintenance technology, proficient in big data collection, management and analysis, and have a deep understanding of the development and internal laws of the FPC automation industry;
