I. Responsibilities
1. Overseas recruitment and talent allocation
(1) Responsible for the entire recruitment process of overseas branches in the Asia-Pacific region, including demand communication, job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, offer communication and onboarding follow-up;
(2) Build and maintain local recruitment channels, including recruitment websites, headhunters, universities, social platforms and internal recommendations;
(3) According to the characteristics of the recruitment environment and talent market in different countries, formulate targeted recruitment strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and quality;
(4) Responsible for the selection, dispatch, on-the-job support, return and resettlement of expatriate employees and other related management work;
(5) Support regional key position talent reserve and localization team building, as well as localization talent mapping.
2. Employee Relations and Compliance Management
(1) Responsible for labor compliance management of overseas branches in the Asia-Pacific region to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and company system requirements;
(2) Handling labor contracts, employee relations, compensation and benefits, absence management and related employment matters;
(3) Coordinate the handling of employee complaints, labor disputes and cross-cultural communication conflicts to maintain stable employee relationships;
(4) Promote the establishment and improvement of the human resources compliance management system of overseas subsidiaries.
3. Training and Organizational Development
(1) Promote cross-cultural communication, localized management, team collaboration and other training programs based on business needs;
(2) Develop adaptive training programs for expatriates to help employees quickly integrate into the local environment;
(3) Support regional organization development, talent inventory, cadre training and team capacity building;
4. Compensation and Benefitsand Performance Management
(1) Research the remuneration levels and welfare policies of target countries in the Asia-Pacific region, and propose market-competitive remuneration recommendations;
(2) Assist in improving the performance management system of overseas employees and promote the alignment of performance objectives with business objectives;
(3) Participate in the design of differentiated incentives and performance programs for local employees and expatriates;
(4) Support salary adjustment, bonus calculation, performance results application and labor cost analysis.
5. Cross-cultural communication and team building
(1) Promote efficient communication and collaboration between headquarters and overseas teams;
(2) Assist in solving management problems and communication barriers caused by cultural differences;
(3) Organize cross-regional team activities and employee care projects to enhance team cohesion and cultural identity.
6. HR data analysis and system support
(1) Regularly collate and analyze overseas human resources data, including recruitment, loss, organizational structure, labor costs, localization rates, etc.;
(2) Provide decision support to management through data analysis;
(3) Assist in promoting the standardization, informatization and institutionalization of overseas HR processes.
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, management, economics, language, law related majors are preferred;
2. Have about 8 years of full module experience in overseas human resources, including more than 5 years of overseas HR management experience;
3. Experience in HR support in Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia is preferred. Understand the specific human resources situation in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia;
4. Familiar with international labor laws, cross-border employment policies, and expatriate management processes, with expatriate experience preferred;
5. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, organizational and coordination skills, and problem-solving skills;
6. Fluent in English, can be used as a working language; mastery of other minor languages is preferred;
7. Understand overseas human resources management pain points, overseas factories, manufacturing or building materials industry experience is preferred;
8. Work location base Asia Pacific, Asia Pacific travel;
9. Has a strong sense of responsibility, execution, and resistance to stress, and is able to effectively promote work in a multicultural environment.
