Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall planning of the whole process of Sino-Thai import and export logistics, covering booking, trailer, cargo tracking and abnormal problem handling to ensure the efficient circulation of goods
2. Leading the whole process of import and export customs declaration, docking with customs, freight forwarders, shipping companies and domestic and foreign partners, responsible for daily communication and coordination with Thai customs, handling customs declaration inspection, policy adaptation and other matters to ensure document compliance and smooth customs clearance
3. In-depth interpretation of Thai customs policies and international trade rules, control compliance risks in logistics business, and optimize logistics costs and operational processes
4. Organize and archive logistics and customs related documents, maintain logistics system data, and regularly output operational reports
5. Coordinate cross-departmental and cross-border communication, promote the implementation of logistics-related projects, and maintain the relationship between core partners and customs-related resources.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, international trade, business Thai and other related majors are preferred
2. Experience: 5-10 years of working experience in the local logistics industry in Thailand, with full process operation experience in import and export, with a better background in manufacturing and cross-border e-commerce logistics
3. Core competencies: Experience in direct communication and docking with Thai customs, familiar with customs inspection, policy declaration and other processes, priority hiring if you have customs-related resources
4. Language: proficient in Chinese and Thai bilingual listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficient in bilingual processing of business documents, cross-party communication, plus points for those with good English
5. Skills:Familiar with Thai customs clearance processes, regulatory policies and commodity code classification, able to independently complete customs clearance operations, skilled use of office software and logistics management system (erp/wms/tms preferred)
6. Quality: Careful and rigorous, strong resistance to pressure, excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills, and cross-cultural teamwork awareness.
