Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall strategic planning and implementation of the Vietnamese company;
2. Formulate and implement the company's annual business plan to ensure the realization of the company's goals;
3. The leadership team optimizes the company's operational processes to improve management efficiency and profitability;
4. Expand core enterprises in Vietnam and develop financial services-related businesses;
5. Establish and maintain good relations with governments, industry organizations and partners;
6. Promote the company's internationalization process and develop overseas business;
7. Manage and cultivate senior management to enhance the overall ability of the team.
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Have more than 10 years of relevant industry work experience, including at least 5 years in senior management positions;
3. Proficient in English as a working language, good communication skills and cross-cultural management experience;
4. Familiar with international factoring and supply chain finance business, understand the operation mode of fintech platform;
5. Strong decision-making ability and risk control awareness;
6. Excellent leadership and team building skills;
7. Have in-depth understanding of the Vietnamese market and good business insight.
