1. Responsible for finding cooperation opportunities with well-known and innovative pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, research organizations, etc. in North America according to the company's strategic development needs;
2. Responsible for the potential high-quality projects or technology platforms (licensein) sought by the company, as well as the external cooperation and license out of the company's innovative drug projects and technology platforms, including but not limited to project and company search, market research, evaluation, business negotiations;
3. Responsible for the development, engagement and project negotiation of potential customers, fully promote cooperation, and responsible for tracking and managing the progress of BD projects;
4. Complete other related work arranged by the company and leaders.
1. Pharmacy and medical related majors, PhD, excellent master's degree with successful project cases can be considered, more than 5 years of BD experience in the pharmaceutical industry, familiar with the whole process operation of BD work in pharmaceutical industry;
2. Familiar with domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies, have a deep understanding of cutting-edge pharmaceutical technologies, market status and development trends, have strong market sensitivity, information capture capabilities and development capabilities, and have good contacts and communication networks in the industry;
3. Good at tapping potential partners and business negotiations, have a foreign study or work background, English can be used as the working language;
4. BD success stories with innovative drugs are preferred.
