Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the regional manager in formulating the regional market plan, lead the team to successfully develop large accounts, organize marketing activities, implement channel sinking and project development with goal-orientation;
2. Collect the latest market information and competitor strategies, and make adjustments in consultation with the team;
3. Responsible for providing services to distributor customers based on all products of the company, designating an effective channel policy and pricing system, and supervising the implementation.
Job Requirements
1. Have good Spanish/English negotiation skills;
2. Bachelor degree or above, with background in automation/information technology/engineering
3. 5 years of experience in the monitoring system industry and 3 years of team management experience
3. Proactive, able to adapt to overseas business trips;
