Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation and management of overseas warehouses in Delaware, USA
2. Develop and optimize the workflow and operation specifications of overseas warehousing business according to business needs
3. Participate in, guide and supervise the daily work of overseas warehouses to ensure safe operation, control costs, improve efficiency, improve customer experience, and ensure timeliness and accuracy
4. Responsible for overseas warehouse team building and training to ensure smooth operation of overseas warehouse operations
5. Achieve the objectives and work arrangements of each kpi assessment issued by the department and the company.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above
2. More than 5 years of warehousing and logistics management experience
3. More than 3 years of experience in b2b warehousing
4. English proficiency can meet daily work needs (hearing, reading, writing accessibility)
5. Skilled office software to meet job needs
