Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Performance Achievement
● Responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies for one of the North American, European, Australian and New Zealand markets to ensure annual sales targets are met;
Quickly replicate and localize ● based on the proven market model at HQ, and develop a phased market expansion plan;
● Responsible for monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reviews.
Channel Development and Management
● Develop and manage a network of dealers/agents in the region covering scenarios such as major golf courses, practice ranges, etc.;
● Key breakthroughs: At the beginning of the deployment, it is necessary to quickly establish local contacts through industry exhibitions, associations, and customer visits;
Tiered management ● of distributors to enhance the sales and service capabilities of core distributors;
● Monitor dealer survival rate, activity rate, contribution rate, and optimize channel structure in a timely manner.
Key customer challenges and benchmarking
● Personally tackle key customers in the area (such as large stadium management groups, chain practice ranges) and create demonstration cases;
● Maintain long-term relationships with benchmark customers, and promote repurchases and referrals;
● Collect usage feedback from large customers to drive product iteration and localization optimization.
Market Insights & Product Feedback
● Continuous tracking of competitor dynamics and industry trends in the region;
● As a bridge between headquarters and the local market, timely feedback to the R&D team on customer suggestions for product improvement;
● Regularly produce high-quality market insights reports to help HQ make decisions.
Team Collaboration & Process Management
● Synchronize market progress and resource needs;
● Coordinate HQ technical support, products, after-sales team to provide timely response to overseas customers;
● Based on the size of the business, responsible for building and cultivating the sales team.
[Job Requirements]
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery/automation/marketing/international trade is preferred;
2. More than 8 years of overseas sales experience, more than 3 years of experience in the golf equipment, lawn machinery, agricultural machinery or robotics industry;
3. More than 3 years of team management experience, with experience in managing cross-regional sales teams;
4. Native English proficiency (barrier-free for business negotiations and contract writing);
5. Has experience in successfully duplicating sales models, and can quickly roll out verified models;
6. Managed at least 20 dealer networks, focusing on channel survival/activation rates;
7. Priority is given to golf courses, driving ranges, and dealer contacts;
8. Experience in sales of golf equipment brand channels, lawn maintenance/course management equipment sales, and overseas sales experience of robots/smart equipment are preferred;
9. Strong learning ability, able to quickly grasp the technical principles of the product and clearly deliver value to customers;
