Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall advancement of the Saudi project.As the main contact person, we maintain continuous and professional communication with the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia and local banks, follow up regulatory feedback, supplementary materials and rectification requirements, and coordinate the internal team to respond in a timely manner.
2. Responsible for local partner cooperation development and partnership maintenance, including local payment gateways, wallets, banks and other payment-related institutions.
3. Familiarize yourself with the local regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia and assist the company to ensure that the local business complies with the SAMA regulations.
4. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company's Saudi local entities, assisting in local matters related to compliance, licensing, and regulatory submission, and ensuring the company's compliance operations in Saudi Arabia.
1. Saudi Nationality (Mandatory)
2. Proficient in English, able to use it as a daily working language; good written and oral communication skills.
3. Have excellent external communication skills and internal coordination skills, work rigorously and punctually, pay attention to commitment and professional credibility.
4. Legal background is preferred.
5. Banks, payment institutions, fintech companies or relevant regulatory/compliance experience is preferred.
6. Familiarity with the local business environment and government/regulatory communication methods in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
