Have 10 years or more of experience in the engineering industry, including 5 years or more of senior management experience in overseas engineering companies, familiar with the West African engineering market: policies, regulations, culture and industry practices, and have led large-scale construction projects in West Africa;
2. Have comprehensive engineering operation management capabilities, market development capabilities and resource integration capabilities, be proficient in FIDIC contract terms, and understand the entire process management of international engineering;
3. Strong ability to predict risks and solve problems, and can properly handle various emergencies of overseas projects;
4. Excellent teamwork spirit and internal and external coordination capabilities;
5. Have the courage to pioneer and have an international vision;
6. Language requirements: English with an IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent, or French with a B2 or equivalent "
Architecture, civil engineering and other related majors; associate titles and above; first-class architects (those with other second-level qualifications are preferred).
