- Market strategy: develop local expansion strategy, channel/customer development, brand implementation, “product + service” solutions
- Team management: building localized teams, training, assessment, cultural construction
- Customers and projects: major customer/government relations, major project follow-up, technical services and after-sales
- Risk and reporting: risk control (policy/exchange rate/compliance), regular reporting to HQ on performance and operations
'- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Experience: 10 years + regional experience, 5 years + country/regional GM; building materials/construction industry preferred
- Ability: Full link management of sales, supply, production and service; 0→ 1 successful case for market development; cross-cultural leadership, business negotiation, stress resistance
- Languages: Fluent in English; local minor languages preferred
