Build a manufacturing financial management system for domestic and foreign factories, including but not limited to: factory investment management, manufacturing cost control, inventory management, and manufacturing financial digital intelligent system.
Manufacturing-related financial KPI budgets, rolling forecasts and monthly actual cost accounting;
Lead the team to manage the analysis of the difference between the manufacturing cost and the target ratio, and work with colleagues in the Manufacturing Department to deepen the root cause and promote the implementation of cost reduction actions;
Inventory (parts, work in progress, finished products) data analysis, sluggish material control to improve inventory turnover KPI indicators;
Financial analysis and investment control of new factories, new production lines, equipment transformation and upgrading, manufacturing process innovation;
Supporting full-value management actions and proposing ideas for reducing costs and driving implementation;
Manufacturing operation process optimization support;
Manufacturing Business Department and Manufacturing Financial Digital Intelligence Project Support;
Education: Bachelor's degree (master's preferred), finance, economics, engineering and other majors
Knowledge:
Have a deep understanding of the cost structure of the manufacturing industry, and have a clear idea of cost reduction;
Have an in-depth understanding of inventory control strategies
Familiarity with investment decision analysis;
Have an in-depth understanding of manufacturing operations, including but not limited to production planning, quality management, comprehensive production maintenance, supply chain and inventory management, agile manufacturing, etc.;
Experience: More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing;
