Selling as a programmatic demand, the person will be responsible for selling quality programmatic (PMP/PG) CTV advertising resources on the MetaX SSP (Supply Side Platform), including:
(1) Selling programmatic products, whether purely programmatic or hybrid, to advertisers such as brand agents, trading platforms, and demand-side platforms;
(2) Establish successful, renewable and high-growth quality programmatic sales relationships with major advertisers (Latin America)
and the institutions that represent them;
(3) Cooperate with the marketing team to produce high-quality programmatic sales promotional materials;
(4) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare post-activity reports containing insights and analysis reflecting the value of MetaX programmatic CTV products;
(5) Promote the growth of top-line high-end programmatic revenue.

This role will combine programmatic sales and market positioning insights with an understanding of the technical, execution-oriented, and market-driven drivers of high-end programmatic media transactions.
Responsibility
Manage and scale MetaX advanced programmatic sales efforts in the customer list, selling and delivering advanced programmatic solutions to customers, agents, trading desks and DSPs, and mining demand.
Leads advanced programmatic sales efforts (PMP/PG), working with cross-functional teams such as ad operations, publisher managers, marketing, revenue operations, etc.Drive revenue growth for MetaX by working independently with CTV demand customers.
Maximize revenue from advanced programmatic channels across different CTV ad sources.
with customers, agents, DSPs andEstablish, maintain and manage relationships with all other relevant sources of programmatic requirements.
A highly negotiated approach designed to ensure the highest level of customer support for clients and agencies.


Structure and maintain "always-on" or long-lasting programmatic pre-trading agreements and build proprietary/proprietary advertising trading platforms for specific buyers.
Build a programmed volume assurance trading solution that meets the buyer's needs.
Track and collect demand-side feedback and submit it to management to determine the direction of product function optimization.
As a programmatic demand sales specialist, responsible for sharing programmatic business trends, new technologies and best practices in the advertising technology market with internal teams.
Become an expert in the field of packaged sales of programmatic networked TV advertising resources.
Work with the marketing team to produce sales enablement materials, including in-depth analysis reports and post-performance measurement reports, quantify campaign outcomes and communicate the value of MetaX programmatic CTV solutions.
From my perspective, the ideal candidate background would include:

Strong sell-side programmatic experience across video publishers, ad exchanges/ad networks, CTV, in-stream video, mobile video, video ad sourceecosystems

Existing publisher and client relationships across LATAM (like AMs from other SSPs like Equativ Latam, Magnite Latam, etc.)

Strong understanding of inventory monetization, PMP/deals, and the broader programmatic ecosystem

Business development and partnership-driven mindset

Fluent English plus Portuguese and/or Spanish

CTV SSP experience would definitely be a strong plus, but candidates from adjacent video and programmatic environments could also bring valuable strategic perspectives and industry relationships.
Brazilian nationality, English may be the working language; bachelor's degree or above, business management or related major preferred;
More than 6 years of experience in digital media sales, with a background in programmatic purchasing, revenue operation or business development;
Profound understanding of the programmatic buyer ecosystem: advertising trading platforms, advertising networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), advertising trading desks, etc., and have networking resources in related fields, with a particular focus on maintaining relationships with advertising trading desks, DSPs and agencies;
Excellent communication and proposal skills: Ability to conduct solution-oriented sales, translating complex technical characteristics into simple expressions;
Proactive talents with entrepreneurial spirit, adapted to multicultural teamwork;
Ability to integrate high-quality advertising resources according to customer needs, establish reasonable CPM pricing, and achieve accurate contextual targeting through different Deal ID types;
Excellent negotiation skills, remote management of sales channels, results-oriented, accepting travel to visit customers.
