1. The organization is responsible for the financial accounting, cost management, budgeting, financial analysis, tax planning and other aspects of the overseas factory in the host country;
2. Assist the Chief Financial Officer in supervising and regulating daily business processes, and participate in the research and review of major economic contracts and agreements;
3. Participate in the formulation and implementation of the annual business plan, and provide professional financial support for business development;
4. Effectively manage subordinate employees to promote organizational performance.
1. Bachelor degree or above, accounting, financial management, auditing or related majors;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in factory finance positions, cost positions are preferred, tax experience is preferred, and overseas work experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with financial system software, English can be used as a working language;
4. Strong logical thinking skills, independent analysis and problem solving skills, good communication, organization, coordination and management skills, and teamwork spirit;
5. Have good professionalism, good conduct, positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, strong judgment and decision-making ability;
6. If you are willing to reside in Africa, you can enjoy 1 month of full pay leave if you reside in Africa for 12 months or more.
