Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales support and business development: Assist in researching the Central American motorcycle market, develop potential dealers or large customers, have sales thinking, and actively promote order conversion.
2. After-sales coordination: Handle after-sales consultation and complaints from local customers, collect market feedback and quality issues, and conduct information docking and feedback with the domestic technical/after-sales team.
3. Business translation and communication: Assist domestic salesmen in business negotiations, meetings and on-site translation (spoken and written) with local customers to ensure accurate transmission of information.
4. Administrative and compliance matters: Assist in handling the establishment of the company's local office, including understanding local labor laws, handling company registration qualifications and related legal procedures.
5. Daily transaction processing: Have a valid driver's license, be able to independently drive vehicles to visit customers, pick up and drop off groups, and handle field work such as local banks and taxes.
Job Requirements:
· Identity background: Must be Chinese, reside in Costa Rica, and familiar with the local culture and business environment.
· Language proficiency: proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing, used for barrier-free communication with headquarters), Spanish (mother tongue or dele b2/professional level 8), English (business communication level).
· Professional skills: trade or sales thinking, motorcycle, machinery or durable consumer goods industry experience is preferred.
· Overall quality: in-depth understanding of business practices, labor laws and company registration processes in Costa Rica and Central America
Have good problem-solving ability and compression resistance.
