5. Production process optimization and improvement;
6. Responsible for the continuous reduction of mass product Scrap and the continuous improvement of RTY;
7. Cooperate with the development of lean work in each region, and lead the implementation of lean work in each region.
1. In principle, the age is not more than 40 years old, full-time undergraduate degree or above, mechanical design and automation related majors;
2. Three years or more of work experience in the automotive parts industry, proficient in Auto CAD, Solid Work and other graphics software, proficient in office automation software;
3. Familiarity with air-conditioning box products is preferred;
3. Proficient in English, speak and write normally;
4. Long-term overseas assignments are acceptable.
