1. Core must: have at least 2 years of experience in the overall management of local human resources in Tanzania, and be familiar with Tanzanian labor laws and employment practices.
2. Language skills: Fluent in English, able to communicate effectively with local governments, agencies and employees as a working language.
3. Experience background: Bachelor degree or above, human resource management, psychology or related majors are preferred.Overseas manufacturing and mining personnel management experience is preferred.
4. Comprehensive quality: high emotional intelligence, strong cross-cultural adaptability, communication and coordination skills, and problem solving skills.
