I. Financial Planning
Responsible for setting and implementing overseas financial strategies and objectives to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.
Analyze and evaluate the financial environment of overseas markets to provide decision-making basis for the company's overseas business development.
Ensure that overseas financial activities comply with international financial standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
II. Fund Management:
Responsible for fund planning and fund use strategies of overseas companies to ensure the effective operation of funds.
Monitor and manage the cash flows of overseas subsidiaries, optimize the capital structure, and reduce financial risks.
Coordinate cooperation with commercial banks, investment institutions, etc., and expand overseas financing channels.
III. Budget Control
Responsible for the budget preparation and implementation of overseas companies to ensure the accuracy and rationality of the budget.
Analyze and evaluate the differences between the actual financial situation and the budget, and propose corresponding adjustment plans.
Track and control the costs of overseas companies to ensure that costs are kept within reasonable limits.
IV. Analysis of Financial Statements
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements of overseas companies, providing accurate and timely financial information.
Analyze and interpret the data in the financial statements to identify and address potential financial risks.
Provides advice and decision support for financial statement analysis to inform the company's strategic decisions.
V. Internal and External Communication
Maintain good communication and cooperation with the senior management of overseas companies to provide timely financial feedback.
Maintains close liaison with the finance department at the company headquarters and coordinates the financial work overseas and at the headquarters.
Valid with auditors and other regulatorsto ensure financial compliance.
VI. Team Management
Leads and manages overseas finance teams to ensure that teams operate efficiently and in a good working atmosphere.
Establish team objectives and work plans to guide and support the work of team members.
Evaluate team members' performance on a regular basis, providing necessary training and development opportunities.
1. Has excellent leadership and team management skills and is good at inspiring team spirit.
2. Proficient in manufacturing process and production management, with experience in successfully managing large production teams.
3. Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural teamwork experience.
4. Have an in-depth understanding of international financial accounting, and have experience in successfully developing overseas factory finance is preferred.
