Key Account Manager – Europe

1. Develop and execute client/account strategies to drive business growth for key European clients;
2. Establish and maintain long-term trusting relationships with strategic customers, partners and related parties;
3. Deeply understand customer operational processes, pain points and business needs to provide customized solutions and maximize customer value;
4. Identify new business opportunities among existing customers, develop new customers, and proactively promote upselling and cross-selling;
5. Collaborate with pre-sales, project and post-sales teams to ensure smooth project delivery and provide a quality customer experience;
6. Continue to pay attention to market trends, competitors and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities; 7. Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events on behalf of LB Robotics as needed.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in business, engineering, logistics or related majors;
2. At least 5 years of major customer management experience in logistics automation, robotics, material handling or Intralogistics industries;
3. Have a successful record of developing and managing strategic customers and achieving sales goals;
4. Have a strong understanding of the European logistics and warehousing market;
5. Excellent customer relationship building, negotiation and communication skills;
6. Self-driven and results-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment;
7. Fluent in English; additional points for those who can speak other European languages;
8. Travel within Europe on demand.
