Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the company's overall business development and business negotiations in the Thai market, focusing on developing core partners such as television stations, telecom operators and content producers;
2. Coordinate localization cooperation and project implementation of short dramas, variety shows and other content, and promote business models such as co-production, copyright distribution and IP authorization;
3. Manage and maintain local core customer relationships in Thailand, develop annual business plans, and ensure performance targets are met;
4. Build and manage Thai local teams, coordinate team division of labor and performance, and improve local operation efficiency;
5. Cooperate with the headquarters program, content, operation, technical and other teams to promote the implementation of key projects and resources in Thailand.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, at least 2 years of local work or resident experience in Thailand, in-depth understanding of local media and business environment;
2. Excellent business negotiation ability, and local core resources such as television stations, operators or film and television production companies are preferred;
3. Ability to use Chinese and English (or Thai) as working languages, cross-cultural communication and coordination skills;
4. With team management experience, able to independently lead the local team to promote business implementation, strong resistance to pressure;
5. Can develop in Thailand for a long time, adapt to the rapidly changing business environment, and have keen market insight and pioneering consciousness.
