1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the Vietnam Branch's international air transport business, including route development, class procurement, transportation organization and daily operations;
2. Excavate and integrate Vietnam's local high-quality air transportation resources (such as airlines, charter airlines, ground service providers, etc.), conduct competitive analysis, and optimize air transportation costs and service timeliness;
3. Lead the import and export operations related to air transportation, including local export customs declaration in Vietnam, customs clearance coordination at the destination port, domestic trailers, warehousing connection and supplier management;
4. Manage the air transport operation team, formulate KPIs and perform assessments to improve the team's professional ability and response efficiency;
5. Prepare the air transport business budget, strictly control operating costs, and improve profit margins.
1. Education level and major: Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, international trade, air transportation and other related majors;
2. Work experience: At least 5 years of international air transport operation or management experience, including at least 1 year of overseas air transport business management experience (Vietnam experience is preferred);
Knowledge & Skills:
(1) Proficient in the whole process of international air transport (booking, customs declaration, security inspection, loading, tracking, claims settlement, etc.), familiar with the main air routes and freight system;
(2) Understand the local air transport customs declaration policy and customs practice in Vietnam, and be able to efficiently collaborate with airlines, customs clearance companies, truck companies, etc.;
(3) Have supplier development and management capabilities, good cross-departmental communication and emergency response capabilities;
(4) Chinese can be used as the working language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing fluently), and Vietnamese is preferred.
